An Overview

Gannet is a piece of software that runs in matlab for the batch-analysis of GABA-edited MRS data.  The aim of this blog is to record our progress and start a dialogue with users to improve what we have.  

Our aims:

1. Analysis of data from all three major vendors ( GE P files, Philips .sdat or .data, Siemens .rda files)
2. Rapid analysis of whole study datasets
3. Removing user intervention from data analysis

The following steps performed by Gannet vary by vendor, and depend on the 'raw-ness' of the data (e.g. has phased-array coil combination been performed yet?) and the data acquired (e.g. is an unsuppressed water spectrum present?).
